Celebrated for his expressive countertenor voice, Guillon regularly performs with leading conductors such as William Christie, Emmanuelle Haïm, Masaaki Suzuki, Jordi Savall, and Philippe Herreweghe. His repertoire spans English Renaissance songs, Italian Baroque oratorios and operas, and sacred German works.

In 2009, he founded the ensemble Le Banquet Céleste, focusing on Baroque repertoire. As both singer and conductor, Guillon has an extensive discography featuring works by J.S. Bach, Vivaldi, Frescobaldi, and Caldara, including the award-winning Maddalena ai piedi di Cristo.

As a conductor, he has led acclaimed performances of Bach’s Magnificat and St. John Passion, Stradella’s San Giovanni Battista, and Handel’s Acis and Galatea in productions across France and Europe.
