Hans Pors was born in Rotterdam in 1971 and received his first organ lessons from his father. His studies were continued with Toon Hagen and from 1988 he studied at the Rotterdam Conservatory, with Arie J. Keizer and later Ben van Oosten as organ teachers.
In June 1995 he obtained his final diploma. As a music teacher he is affiliated with the "De Swaef College" in Rotterdam. He is conductor of various choirs and permanent accompanist of "Cantate Domino".
