I appreciate your interest in my music. I’m known in West Michigan for my skills on the pipe organ, also known as “the king of instruments” and have always expressed feeling and emotion through my music. I began with seven years of formal piano lessons, and later continued my music studies on the organ at Grand Valley State University under Professor George Shirley for four years. I have accompanied the Heritage Voices, the Ebenezer Male Choir of Grand Rapids, and the Treble Chorus of Kalamazoo. I have also accompanied my mentor Martin Mans from the Netherlands in several concerts, and continue to give concerts myself and with other musicians throughout Western Michigan and Canada. I enjoy playing for many special events and weddings and have been apart of several CD recordings. Presently I serve as one of the organists of the First Netherlands Reformed Church.
