The Choir
The Zaans Interdenominational Men's Choir was founded on November 22, 1983.
In a short time, the choir has grown into a large male choir, currently numbering approximately 140 members. The addition of "interdenominational" in the name reflects both the choir's composition and its purpose: its members come from various churches and denominations. The varied repertoire includes many works of varying character. However, many of the songs reflect the mission, as expressed in the bylaws: to express God's Word, with the Bible as its foundation and guideline.
