Barbara Kurmann studied in Winterthur, participated in masterclasses in Germany and England, received scholarships for further studies in Oxford, where she completed Kato Havas's "twelve lessons course" and in Rotterdam where she graduated cum laude. Barbara performs with various chamber music formations both domestically and internationally.Barbara finds it wonderful to witness how everyone can enjoy making music at their own level and express themselves through the violin.
