Stijn Verloop, born on February 11, 2008, in Sint-Annaland, Zeeland, has had a great interest in music from a young age, particularly organ music. For this reason, he regularly attended organ concerts and singing evenings.
This also made him dream of one day being able to give/accompany such performances himself. Without having taken formal lessons, he prefers to improvise over psalms or (spiritual) songs.
He mostly plays by ear, performing both familiar pieces and his own improvisations.
Since Stijn started studying nursing, he has been making music with fellow students, which has expanded his love for music to include the piano. Just like on the organ, he enjoys improvising over (spiritual) songs and psalms. He also enjoys playing existing pieces intended for the piano.
Meanwhile, his first piano album, *Mijn tijden… Uw Handen*, has been released and is available for listening.
