Ryan Vandenberg was born in 1990 in Brantford, Ontario. From his earliest years, it was apparent that he had aninnate gift and love for music. At the age of five, he started taking piano lessons at Rehoboth Christian School under the instruction of André Knevel. Upon completion of his RCM Grade 8 piano exam, Ryan switched to organ lessons until he finished high school. Many hours are currently spent enhancing his abilities through new repertoire and improvisation on his three-manual organ at home. Ryan is frequently requested to play for weddings. Realizing that his musical ability is a God-given gift, he enjoys sharing it with others. The Hosanna Choir is thankful to have Ryan as their full time accompanist on the organ.
