Conductor Rien den Haan (born on 20 December 1961) has been in charge of the choir since April 1986. He did music specialization in the third year of the Pedagogical Academy of "De Driestar" in Gouda with S.M.W. Bezemer. He is organist of the Reformed Church in Meliskerke. In daily life he is a teacher at primary school.
