Soprano Renate van der Wal has been coached by Maria den Hertog and Yvette Dekker for several years. Her repertoire includes Mendelssohn's "Hör mein Bitten," G. Fauré's "Pie Jesu," and the beautiful arias from the well-known oratorios. In addition to solo performances in concerts and recordings at home and abroad, she is also a board member of the Oratorio Association "Canto di Lode" in Rotterdam.
