Reformatorisch Jongerenkoor Chenánja

Chenánja is an enthusiastic interdenominational youth choir. Our repertoire is very diverse and consists of psalms and songs from the breadth of the Reformed tradition. Mostly in Dutch, but we also sing, among others, English, German, and Latin texts. The number of members is around 60 young people aged 15 to 35. The choir members come from the wider area of Ede. We follow the example that the Biblical Chenánja (1 Chronicles 15) has left us: he taught the text to be sung expressively. In this way, we express our desire to magnify the Name of the Lord, to sing of His great deeds, and thereby to encourage everyone to praise and glorify our God.
