Marianne Sinke–van Manen (1990) is from Krabbendijke. She began taking flute lessons at the age of eight with Olga Kaan in Krabbendijke. Later, she studied with Elma Meijer at the Zeeland Music School in Goes. In the meantime, she participated in the music group De Herdersfluit and the flute ensemble Chasifja. Since the age of sixteen, she has been teaching beginner flutists.
