The Jesua Male Ensemble was founded in 2015. Six men from the Immanuel Chapel in Ridderkerk sang together for the first time during a church service on one of the Christian holidays. Over the years, the desire to do this more often grew, and a conductor, also from the Immanuel Chapel, joined. Under the direction of Riëtte Boer, the Jesua Male Ensemble was formed. In 2022, the first official concert took place. This was followed by several more concerts, and in 2024 the first songs were recorded and released. The ensemble consists of 6 men divided into 4 vocal groups. Our desire is to share the Gospel through music and to sing songs that bring comfort and encouragement to those who hear them.
