Soprano Lisette Emmink is moving. Already in her teens she performed as a soloist with orchestra. She graduated 'laude' as a performing musician at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague and participated in the prestigious Elisabeth competition, among others. She enjoys a long successful career as a soloist who has sung in almost all major concert halls and under many conductors.

Her special preference for constantly performing new music has made her an exceptionally experienced and broadly oriented singer with an exceptionally large repertoire in the field of oratorio, song, opera, operetta, contemporary repertoire but also musical and songs.
Because she has the gift of moving the audience with her warm natural voice, she makes a concert an experience for the audience. She is therefore a much sought-after soloist with oratorio societies and men's choirs.

In addition, Lisette is active in a number of ensembles that once again cover a large musical area and she sings the wonderful songs of Richard Strauss and Mahler with as much love and dedication as her very popular program of film melodies.
She also maintains this breadth in her practice for singing lessons, helping a motivated beginner on her way with just as much enthusiasm as coaching an experienced colleague and sharing her long experience and musical insights.

'Singing makes you happy', says Lisette Emmink. 'Nothing penetrates deeper than the human voice, and when it sings, you can even see elderly people with dementia come back to life. There is no more beautiful profession than singing for people!'.
