Laurènce Fierens (1999) started playing the piano at the age of 7. At the age of 8, he accompanied the songs during the rehearsals of the children's choir Harpe Davids. He then took lessons from various pianists, including concert pianist Peter Bakker, Bernard Zwueste, Roeland de Reuver, Lennart Moree, and the American pianist Andrew Wright. In August 2015, he won the first prize at the Dutch Premiere Concours. Since then, he has given numerous concerts and recorded CDs in accompaniment for choirs, instrumentalists, and vocalists.
