Children's Choir "De Kleinnoot"
To mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the children's choir "De Kleinnoot," the board wanted to release an anniversary CD/MC. Founded in 1972, the children's choir has participated in many performances over the years, in churches, nursing homes, hospitals, and other settings. Membership fluctuated considerably over the past twenty-five years: its lowest point was 19 members, its highest point even exceeding one hundred. Currently, approximately ninety children between the ages of six and fourteen regularly attend rehearsals. Several conductors have also taken turns. However, the choir has been conducted by Ria van den Noort for five years now. Organist/pianist Leo Janse has been and continues to be the choir's faithful accompanist throughout these years.
