Flutist Julia van Dijke (2004) started flute at the age of ten and has been taking private lessons with Marjolein de Wit since she was eleven. In addition to her work in education and her MBO studies, she is also allowed to teach a number of young students the first principles of flute playing. In recent years she has participated in various local musical projects and was part of the Zeeland panflute ensemble 'Muzika' for a number of years. She was also allowed to participate in a number of concerts by Marjolein de Wit and Martin Zonnenberg. In addition to spiritual song, she has a broad interest in classical (flute) music from the Baroque period to Impressionism.
