My name is Joël Hogendoorn and I am 13 years old. I am in the 2nd year of vmbo gt at the Driestar in Gouda. I started with recorder lessons at the age of 7 (2 years of AMV). In the last six months, I was allowed to choose an instrument. I chose the trumpet. A beautiful instrument to play. Really cool, definitely something for a boy. In addition to 20 minutes of private lessons once a week, I also play in Muzikids and the Stolwijk harmony orchestra. Muzikids is an orchestra with beginner and somewhat more advanced young players.
