Jan Ligthart (Amsterdam, January 11, 1859 – Laag-Soeren, February 16, 1916) was a Dutch teacher and educational reformer. He became known as the headmaster of a primary school in the Schilderswijk district of The Hague and as the author of articles and books, such as Ot en Sien.
