The Chr. Men's Choir 't Harde en omstreken was founded in May 1963. The choir currently has more than 100 members, and is led by conductor Henk van der Maten. The members of the Men's Choir come from all over the region. During the rehearsal evenings of the men's choir there is always a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The choir rehearses every Thursday evening from 7.45 pm in MFC Aperloo op 't Harde. Doors open at 7.30 pm. The choir regularly participates in concerts and singing evenings. Highlights are the spring concert and the Christmas concert in Oldebroek every year. The Men's Choir is known locally, regionally and nationally for singing psalms, hymns and other spiritual songs.
