Anne Coppoolse started playing the viola at a young age. She took lessons at the Zeeland Music School in Middelburg from Simon Duindam and Petra Flipse.
She soon knew that she wanted to make a career in music and began studying at the Fontys Conservatory in Tilburg with Gisella Bergman. In 2016, she completed her master's degree from the Fontys Conservatory with a score of 8.5. She received lessons from Gisella Bergman and Leo De Neve, as well as baroque lessons from Antoinette Lohmann. She has attended masterclasses with Mikhail Zemtsov, Francien Schatborn, Esther van Stralen, Asdis Valdimarsdottir, and Genevieve Strosser.
Anne is a violin and viola teacher at the 'Van Oranje' Music School in Wijk en Aalburg and at the Music School in Gorinchem. Furthermore, Anne has a passion for ensemble playing, including chamber music and orchestral playing. She is the principal violist in the Ars Musica Orchestra. Anne plays a Zeeland viola from 2002 by Johannes Jacobs.
